HDProjectorWorld Oxyenergy Electronics Inc Charged my credit card but never sent the projector. They promised to reimburse me repeatedly until I inadvertantly went beyond the time my VISA could issue fraud complaint. RICHMOND, BC

I made a purchase of a projector that they never delivered. After I complained.
they promised to re-send the projector but never did
When I asked to be reimbursed, they said they would and it would appear in one of the next 2 statements on my VISA. When it did not, I called and they again promised to reimburse me again. By this time I had gone beyond the time limit of my credit card fraud protection.
Now this visa card has been replaced by US Air Rewards Mastercard and is no longer valid. When I told them that, they promised me they would send a check. When no check arrived, I called and they again promised to send a check immediately. That was several weeks ago and it never arrived.
