On 5th January this year I ordered and paid for a wedding dress believing that it would be delivered in 10-14 weeks by House of Brides. My last correspondence has told me that the dress may or not be delivered 3rd week of September. My wedding day is 5th October and I am now increasingly worried my dress will not arrive.
House of Brides has stated in their terms and conditions that they will not refund until the day of my wedding. On a tight budget and unable to go to the store and speak to them myself being in the UK I feel I will never receive my dress or refund.
I am now so worried I am feeling that I may have to delay my wedding day. Should my dress turn up the end of September (this is not guaranteed) I will have no time if the dress is wrong and I will have no time should the fit of the dress be wrong to have it altered.
Please can you help as the stress this has caused has been constant with emails dating back since the beginning of the year giving delivery dates of June, August and now September.
I have given House of Brides every opportunity to give me a refund or explanation as to why this has happened and now I see from your website that this is happening at lot and I am not alone.
I can provide you with all the details of my order and should you need it all the correspondence I have received from House of Brides.
