House of brides Total rip off and scammers Internet

Wow never have I been more disappointed or disgusted in an online store than I have with house of brides. I ordered a dress from their site last December for my brother in laws wedding and it is may 2 and it still isn't here. The problems is the wedding is in 2 days. There is absolutely no way in hell I can get it here and have it altered in time. I have emailed and called them for 2 months straight with no resolution to the problem. My mother in law has also been calling them repeatedly.

So guess what now I have to wear something else I have to find on the whim and look like a total outcast in the wedding party next to 6 other bridesmaids all who have their dresses since they ordered them through reputable bridal shops, not this lame cheap excuse for a company.

This site needs to be shut down. They have told me repeatedly via email and phone that the dress is being shipped and I will have tracking info which I still don't have. Now the biggrr challenge will be getting my money back. Who knows if that will happen. They are totally useless in customer service and everyone you talk there gives a different answer as to where the dress is. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and I would tell everyone never to ever order from them unless you want a nightmare.
