I am wrriting since I, along with five other bridesmaid have been ripped out of our money. We came to House of Bridas in Glen Elly, IL on the 14th of September to order 6 total bridesmaid-dresses for an upcoming dress. As of today we have not yet received them.

We have been ripped off since the dresses were supposed to be here a month or so ago, however, we have called the store and keep calling and the only thing management and the employees say is, "Oh we are sorry, we have had some difficulties and they will be here x day." Well they have said and changed the delivery date more than four times already and moreover, one of the times we called they even said, "We cannnot find your order."

As a business, they should be closed down, our order when added up (from the 6 girls, including me) totals more than $1k so it is not something cannot be over-looked. Moreover, we are just bridesmaids, not the brides of a wedding so this matter should not have happened. We paid for the dresses right away when we ordered them and now when the store should have had dresses refuses to awknowledge it and take some action.

We need the dresses for an upcoming wedding less than a month away and dresses were ordered more than six months away from the wedding, keeping in mind that the store's policies say, "Standard delivery is approximately 10-16 weeks, this is long overdue. We want a refund or free alterations, but at this point, we just want our refund.

It is ridiculous that a store like this can exist and that management refuses to take our calls for something that is right and just.
