Jagex Jagex wrongly accused me of macroing and permanently banned me for it. Internet

I was playing Runescape yesterday and I leave it to take a break. When I came back to play I was banned for using a different software to help play, botting in other words. No warning or anything. I have no say in this apparently because they do not even read the appeals. I can promise I have never cheated to play a game, I was behind every click and spent alot of time to reach some specific goals.
I recently just purchased a gaming card for a membership only to be permanantely banned not to long after. I wouldn't be making a big deal about this but spent lots of money and time into that only to be falsely accused and forced to quit. I do not get a refund, and i do not get a say.
