John "Jack" Adrian Carroll Time Bandit/Scum/Psycho Mechanicsville Virginia

A reprehensible character, who likes to be called "Doctor," he was the subject of an intense investigation several years ago at North Dakota's Medical Center Rehabilitation Hospital, where he was party to years of financial wrongdoing.

Essentially fired and on his way out the door, this egocentric jerk managed to wriggle his way back in. An over-educated buffoon, who pilferd countless hours of university and work time to complete his education, Jack Carroll continued his unchecked ways until it became clear that he was no asset to the organization or the community.

A survivor who knows how to "talk the talk," "Doctor" Carroll made his way to Virginia where he now plays power games today as CEO of Sheltering Arms Rehabilation Centers. Described as charming and witty, he is also evil, untrustworthy, and reprehensible. Able to turn on the charm and wit when cornered, he is a glib talker who can say the right thing to disarm those he believes may see through his facade.

If you have hard evidence of wrongdoing, go after him, but also be prepared for a fight. Like most psychopaths he will try to shift the blame and focus on to you - don't let him. He needs to be punished.
