Jordan Michaels contacted me asking to work my business collection accounts. I turned a few over to this company.
They collected one from Evelyn Little in September 2004 and after many calls they sent the check for $72.50
I just got their check returned from my bank marked Account Closed.
I contacted the company and they took a message, as usual, but never seem to return phone calls.

After I posted this complaint I received a money order for the original amount of the check, but the company continues to harass me with threats of sueing for slander if I do not remove the original posting. The last fax received from them stated they have a close relationship with the IRS, Franchise Tax Boards and the Attorney General's Office. I certainly do not appreciate scare tactics and would not recommend this company to anyone.
