Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
This company (or persons) cannot prove that they are a legitimate agency. They use unethical tactics when trying to collect a debt. I am investigating them through the Better Business Bureau and law enforcement agencies in their area. They have been accused of collecting monies but not reimbursing the original debtors.

This company has a track record of backing down to the Attorney General and the District Attorney. At this time they are under investigation by the DA's office for unethical business practices. The old company they went under was called James Mitchell & Associates.
They contacted me some time back to collect on my accounts and asked me for money up front and I did. Ofcourse I never heard from them again. I was told by others that David Hynes AKA Mr. Stevens were only open for one year and shut down their last company only to run away with everyones money.
If you are having problems with this company I would recoment contacting your states Attorney Generals office. Trust me, they will back down.
