Joseph Steven & associates, Promised to take action on a judgment that I had won . They asked up front for $3500.00 which they stated would be refunded if nothing was paid on judgement case. It has been over two years
and nothing has been done.
The case was handed over to an attorney, who has closed the case since February and said no more action was going to be taken because of lack of payment to law firm. This case was already a judgement and granted by a judge. All that had to happen was a debit exam on the individual who I won the judgement on. Never happened.
I was lead to believe that they had frozen his assests and had set up to garnish his tax returns. I talked to the attorney handling the case, He said that none of that was true and that the individual was never even served nor had the debitor exam. Joseph Stevens & associates had totally flat out lied on every statement they had told me and that nothing had been done at all.
At this time I am requesting the fee's be returned and the case out of there hands an into someone who knows what they are doing. Very disastisfied and who love to join in with anyone that wants to do class action suite or follow through with any other to let the public know what a scam and rip off operation they have going on. I wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else if I can help it. Don't be mislead don't use this company at all!

It has come to my attention that JSA also is operating under: CII, FCMS and now Rumson Bolling and Associates.
The best bet to get your money is to contact your local D.A.'s Office or their State's Attorney General to file either a consumer fraud complaint or criminal fraud crime report, depending on the circumstances of their particular situation. This may help consumers/victims get some assistance or aid them to resolving their complaints.
Good luck!!! The complaints are Nationwide.....

Contact the District Attorney's office in Ventura CA....get ahold of Investigator Greg Askay. He got my money from these bandits. He can help you too.
Funny, they don't seem to like it when I respond here....probably why they were rather feverish to get me to sign that 4 page release when I FINALLY got my money: they had a gag order in it....Yes, they are paid in full to me....but what they continue to do to others is just horrible!
See JSA:? You can't shut me up...even if you place your phony report about me here....Dumbass: wrong state, wrong name...seems like everything you do is WRONG. If you didn't make a living off other people's money, you wouldn't have to spend so much time here trying to clear your name and smear others....still don't make you look good. C'ya.
