We received a 'cold call' from Commercial Investigations, Inc. asking if we had any collections they could help us with. We gave them a LARGE job to collect for us, approx. $37,000.00. Steven Gaines called me and asked me to send him some info on the case, we did and Steven Gaines said he would contact the debtor on our behalf and explain our position. Steven Gaines called the next morning and said that the debtor called his office and cursed out his receptionist and used extremley foul langauge. Steven Gaines said he is taking it very personally and wants to go after the debtor and would use all of his legal resources to "nail him". On March 3rd, 2008, I tried to get ahold of Steven Gaines and he and all his numbers are "NO GOOD"!! He has disappeared and I want this guy worse then the original debtor!
Let's get this guy and his associates and file a lawsuit and put him in jail!!!
