On March 23, 2018 I sent my boyfriend (located at Washington Correction Center in Shelton, WA) $50 through Jpay to get him by until my next payday. The following day he called to tell me thank you and then informed me that the facility he is at kept all but $7. He also then informed me that in order for him to be able to get all funds that I cannot send more than $10 at a time and to wait until Sunday when they are allowed to order their commissary. No where on the Jpay sight does it inform us about any kind of money being with held. I was charged $7.95 processing fee so to keep all but $7 of the $50 i sent seems unfair and definetly EXCESSIVE.

Why is it ok for criminals to continue criminal activity behind bars? How is this even ok and authorized coming from jail?
