my husband IDOC 106243 ugraded his software as required now cannot sync of use the setting menu on his jp5 ive had to buy 3 because this happend in 2015 again after a software update. Century Link said put him on the list to have it completely wiped by a laptop and reset because kiosk doesn't complete the process.
