Just Brakes damaged my vehicle and straight lied to my face saying they didnt know how it happened. Dallas Texas

I took my truck to Just Brakes in Dallas off of Lemmon Ave, store #005, just to get them to balance a tire that one of the weights came off of. They stripped out my wheel lock then bent my drivers side door where it would not close properly. They told me to go to 3 different body shops to get estimates and they would fix it. I did that and they told me I should be getting a check soon. Then they tell me to bring it back up to the lemmon location to look at it again. The regional director Samir Omar meets me and says they didn't do it. This happened on August 24, 2014 and the have been giving me the run around since then. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Most dishonest people I have ever dealt with. I cant believe a company would treat their customers this way. They damage peoples property and then try to act like they don't know what's going on. They are a sorry excuse for human beings.You would figure people would own up to their mistakes and not act like cowards. But I guess that's not how JUST BRAKES works. Straight up low life's running this company.  I advise NO ONE to deal with them.
