 Upselling is part of business. It is not a scam or ripoff to upsell. Its called MAKING MONEY!! You seem awful hateful because these ppl are doing their job as INSTRUCTED by their corporate masters. I think perhaps you are the one with the problem. If this was the job you had to do, you would do the best you could. Just as these employees are. Seems awful petty of you to blast ppl for JUST doing their job. Given how cheap the american consumer is and given how cheap you are, how do you expect them to stay in business ONLY doing the bare minimum WITHOUT asking if you would like extra services.

Get over yourself princess. They are ONLY doing as the people who PAY them TELL them to do. Just as YOUR boss gives you instructions and expects YOU to follow them if you want to keep your job.
