Well my story starts off, I was looking for a way to get an 800 Number for my business. So through one of my businesses I found Kall 8. I will admit, the service (not customer) is great. YOu can get a 800 number that re-routes right to your cell phone or wherever you please.

In the beginning I had a few problems getting my bill paid on time. Sure I know, that is my fault. But I was never told I would incur a $10 declined card charge each time they tried to charge my card. So, I decided to switch the card I was using so I could better manage the account. A little time goes by, and I start to use the number less and less and eventually not at all.

So to be honest, I completely forget that I even have this service. So I'm going about my daily life not really thinking about my 800 number. But the account I have linked to their company to be charged, is not being charged either.

But low and behold all of a sudden, On December 18th, 2006 I get charged a whopping $47.86 from Kall 8. So I call to inquire about it and the Rep refers me to the person handling the account, JENNIFER. She starts to tell me that their have been several attempts to notify me of my balance and charges. She claimed some guy named Jason e-mailed me several times and even called me. I bet Jason would have been really nice, if I would have TALKED TO HIM.

I have had the same cell phone number for the past 4 years, and it's probably not going to change. Also all of my emails are forwarded to the same inbox, so....leaves little room for me not to get my email huh?

So anyways she goes on and on about how it's my responsibility to check my account and this and that. And I totally agree with her, except for the fact that I havent used my account in more than 4 months. Sometimes we as human beings tend to forget.

So the conversation is still going, she's getting mad at me because I asked for a refund. And then it gets really interesting (here comes the lie), she tells me that outside of Jason (whoever that is) calling me, she herself Called me on December 14th, 2006 and left a message. Well for anybody that has SPRINT SERVICE, I'm sure you know where this is headed.

My phone was cut off from December 8th (due to nonpayment) until December 15th, 2006. So I'm still wondering how she could have left a message and my phone was turned off. She must have the a code breaking phone or something, because that would be a miracle.

All in all, really the product service is GREAT. I havent found a better deal yet, but now I'm going to. The whole point of this is that she lied about doing her job and would not refund me the whole $40 in declined card charges. Sure I know it was a stretch to get that, but after being lied to about me being contacted SEVERAL TIMES. I want my money back, because if she would lie about that, something so small as a phone call and a message. Then what else would she lie about?
