Kohl's Sent orders multiple times and billed me

I placed an order with Kohl's in December of 2014. They sent the same order twice and billed me twice. My husband returned the duplicate order to the local Kohl's (Murrieta, CA) and explained the situation. 

I then (foolishly) place an other order during one of their specials and they sent the order FOUR times - and of course charging me four times. My husband said they obviously don't know what they're doing and said he wouldn't return any more orders. I'm homebound by ill health and can't do it myself. Of course, they charge you for returning by mail even though it was their fault.

I then received a bill for well over $100. Called and explained the situation, but they wouldn't admit their mistake. By now, I was so frustrated by their unprofessionalism, I paid the bill and then shredded out cards. After shopping at Kohl's since they opened their store here and as long as they'be been online, it's too bad. They lost a VERY good customer!
