I purchased a 250cc Monster Hummer in March 2007. Fromthe day I recieved my ATV parts were missing and the ATV was inoperable. Only after many calls and emails.. I'd be told parts were on there way only to call DHL and find out no such package was shipped and was given bogus tracking numbers. No one there returns calls or they say they will and dont.

After weeks of not recieving parts I was put in touch with the manufacturer (New Star) which turned out in fact not to be the manufacturer of my ATV. Several calls later I'm now sent to another manufacturer which tells me that the NEW ATV I purchased for $2,3000 is a discontinued machine and is from China it was impossible to recieve parts and it be weeks for them to locate parts if any.

It has been 4 months now and I have not recieved parts nor any satisfaction. I have only one alternative but to sue. I have contacted the BBB and if you have been ripped off from Legion Global , Please contact the Illinois State Fraud Commision. Something must be done. I work to hard to give away $2,300 to be given junk
