I purchased a 150cc sport ATV for my daughter, 12. The person I spoke with on the phone before I ordered online, assured me that the company provided a complete warranty and provided excellent customer service.

The ATV arrived about two months after we ordered it, and the hydraulic cable to rear brakes was sliced. There was fluid on the pallet it arrived on. Legion Global was notified within three days of this broken line, and the lack of decals that were supposed to supplied. They did nothing at this point, despite numerous emails and phone calls.

I finally got through to a new employee, who managed to order a cable through Aim-Ex(the manufacturer) which was sent to me, and was the wrong part. I then shipped it back at my expense, to Aim-Ex at the request of Legion Global's parts rep, Josh. I never recieved the proper cable, so I called back to Legion Global, only to find out Josh was no longer there, and Jim was. Jim suggested I email photos of the part, send shipping reciepts, and also pay to have the new part shipped. I refused because I have already paid to ship two incorrect parts back to Aim-Ex, costing me about $30.

Josh, Jim, and the newest employee, Connor have all been everything but helpful. I can't believe how rude, and disrespectful they have been to me. It is a safety issue for my daughter, now 14, to ride this vehicle. All I want is to be able to use the ATV, and get a small little cable. Why is that such a big deal?
