Livecareer - deceptive billing practices - automatic signup - the resume builder says it free but it gets you to pay $1.95 on way out or you don't get resume download. I turned this into fraud dept at Suntrust bank. I called them and cancelled subscription they signed me up for of 34.95 without my concent. Their response was you should have read the small print. Figuring they are scaming people for at least two payments someone is making money off this scam. FREE Internet

The free account is the ability to try out the Resume Builder to get a feel for how it works, and see what it has to offer before deciding to purchase.  At this time we  offer free text (.txt) download of your resume, but if you want to print a resume to bring to an interview, email your resume/cover letter, or download a professional looking resume then you do need a subscription.

We also take great care to inform our subscribers that the subscription is auto-renewing and you can cancel at any time.  Our subscription prices and policies are not in small print.  They are clearly stated in the details of the subscription underneath each price option.  They are once again listed on the payment confirmation page.  They are AGAIN listed in bullet form in the payment confirmation email you receive once you subscribe. We do offer several ways to cancel including by phone, live chat, email and self-cancellation in your Account Settings! Once the subscription is cancelled you will no longer be billed. We also send cancellation confirmation email for your records.
