I was applying for a job and needed a resume, so I found their website which offers to help you build a professional looking resume.

The price they offered was $2.95 for the resume, which seemed to be extremely resonable, so I pay the fee.

A few weeks later, they charge me $40.12 "subscription fee", but I never agreed to any such thing!

I am in the prcess of filing fraud charges against them, and have since read they have ropped off many, many other people.

Frankly, they need a class action law suit brough against them. They are a scam who will con you out of money.

Supposedly, there is fine print of that when you pay the fee of $2.95, you are automatically signed up for a subscription, but I saw no such disclaimer at all. I checked and rechecked for anything stating I'd be signed up for a subscription, but only saw the one time charge of $2.95.

I would never had agreed to spend $40.00 on an utterly useless service.

I can't believe they would scam people like this, what a terrible and dishonest way to do business.

I hope they get shut down and a law suit brought against them.

I’m very sorry that you have had this experience with our service. All of our subscriptions are auto-renewing. The details of our subscription are listed on our sales page, and we also send a payment confirmation email stating the date and amount of the auto- renewal.  Customers can cancel at any time. We do offer several ways to cancel including by phone, live chat, email and self-cancellation in your Account Settings.
