LUCA FINANCIAL CALLED ME UP IN NOVEMBER 2002. THEY OFFER ME A MASTER CARD WITH ZERO INTEREST BUT I NEEDED TO PAY THEM $249.00 WHICH WAS TAKEN FROM MY CHECKING ACCOUNT.

I AM JUST REALIZING THAT THEY TOOK MY MONEY WHEN I TRIED TO CALL THEM THE WEEK OF AUGUST 18, 2003 THERE PHONE WAS NOT WORKING. I HAVE ALSO CALLED THEM AT LEAST 50 TIMES BEFORE THAT. WHEN I DID NOT RECEIVE MY CARD 25 DAYS FROM THE DAY THEY TOOK MY MONEY ON NOVEMBER 27, 2002. THEY SENT ME A LETTER IN JAN 2003 STATING THAT MY CARD WAS ON IT'S WAY.

THEY ALWAYS GAVE ME AN EXCUSS AS TO WHY MY CARD HAD NOT ARRIVED THE MAIL IS SLOW THEY DON'T KNOW WHY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY CARD YET THEY WILL PUT IN A REQUEST AGAIN.

THIS COMPANY IS A BIG RIPOFF AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND THEM SENT TO JAIL.
