Merrick Bank Next Card Scam deceptive, Fraudelent, misleading and down right lying victimized many consumers draper Utah

I see where not alone in our deceptiona and fraud form Next card to Merrick Bank. We too never received any notification that Next Card was selling our account or that they where out of business.

Boy talk about bad business practices and customer service. When we first discovered that Next card had sold our account is when we wnet online to pay our bill like we always do and viola no place to pay only a number to contact reguarding our account we called the number and where told that they had aquired our account from Next card and would be sending us a new card we then asked about paying online and where told we could not do thius at this time as we where new customers.

We then got the address and sent in our payment. Next month we got a statement but still no card we called in they said that they where still trying to process this, we then advised them that if they did not send a card we would not send payment to this day we have not recived card and the interest rate is double that we where paying at Next Card. We are filning a lawsuit aaginst them and I think we should all band together and file a class action lawsuit againt Merrick Bank.
