Mr. Sandless did not assume responsibility for rip-off, Internet

I was given the phone number of an individual named Jeff, who was represented as an official Mr. Sandless proprietor.  He cleaned and 'treated' my wood floors last September, 2010.  The floor 'finish' is already wearing off, three months later. When I tried to call him, his phone was no longer in service.  When I contacted Mr. Sandless, they first ignored my e-mail. 

I called again and by e-mail was told that this individual no longer worked for Mr. Sandless and there was nothing they could do, even though I paid over a thousand dollars for his services.  How was I to know?  His work order had the Mr. Sandless logo.  He gave only his first name and when I requested that Mr. Sandless at least tell me the man's full name and how to contact him, that e-mail was ignored.  Caution: Do not do business with Mr. Sandless or Jeff.
