Total misrepresentation.  Claimed to refinish hardwood floors in 1 day, no odor and no peeling or chipping.  After 4 days and an odor that made my entire family sick, we asked them to stop working.  Horrible job.  Bubbles and dog hair trapped inside, unfinished edges and now large sections are peeling away.


Also broke many items in my house while working.  Told us he had owned franchise for 1 year when in fact he has only been incorporated 3 months.  Lied about everything to sell the job and takes no responsibility.  Took a distant picture from my front door and shows everyone that the floors "look great".


Corporate seemed to care on the first phone call but after that would not speak with me.  Insurance that he has does not cover workmanship so we are out thousands of dollars to replace all of our floors.
