I worked with Jason Wrighten of Elite Loan services to assist me in obtaining a loan modification. I was assigned a contact person then a Dedicated loan specialist. I was not able to talk to anyone due to Nationstar's policy of not transferring calls. Every 3 months I was asked to send Bank statement and utility bill, I did.
I contacted Nationstar numerous times to get information regarding the status of my loan modification. No one was able to help me, no one would answer my questions regarding the status of the loan mod. Finally on agent answered and say "I am sorry your house is at the auction for auctionning. She would not provide me with any more information.
I called the auction.com people and was told "No one bought it so the bank has it"
I have been served with an Unlawful Detainer and I have responded to it. My court daye is September 1, 2015 in Moreno Valley,Ca Bldg D.
What can I do to get my home back? I have no idea what happened to the loan modification.

Report Report number 1251303 is about Nationstar Mortgage. The report is not about Jason Wrighten or ELS. Jason submitted all requested documents to Nationstar and in a timely manner. Nationstar did not do what the law required to modify my mortgage. Nationstar is dishonest.

We homeowners did not create MERS/LIBOR scandal. We did not offer sub-prime mortgages to clients. Loan modifications were offered after this fraud was discovered. I was informed that a loan modification would assist me keep my family stable and prevent the already gang infested community from blight
Our tax dollars bailed out the banks and we are not asking for something for nothing.
Homeloans do not belong in anyone's personal portfolio on wall st.

The problem is that IF the original lander or the lender who holds YOUR loan choses not, they do NOT have to modify the loan IF they do not wish to. Why is it that the American Consumer feels ENTITLED to skip out on what they legally owe? THAT is what a loan modification is, YOU attempting to get THEM to take less money then what was loaned. The ONLY thing you can do is try and bid on your own home. Or catch yourself up on your missed payments. Its the only course of action available to you. If YOU cant get caught up then you WILL lose the home. You CANNOT count on loan modification to save YOU!!! Ask yourself a serously pointed question, would YOU take less money on a loan YOU gave to someone?? Sure maybe if we are talking a couple hundred bucks, but when YOU are talking about THOUSANDS of dollars, its NOT going to happen. What YOU are experiencing is just the cost of defaulting on your mortgage. We ALL understand that LIFE happens and sometimes YOU get behind. But you CANNOT expect that the people who put that money out are going to give YOU a break when it means hurting themselves.
