Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC Trying to take my house Champlin Minnesota

Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC bought my loan from Saxon Mortgage in August of last year while I was in the middle of a Modification with Saxon. I had an Attorney working on the modification and they told them and I that they did not receive my paperwork from my former lender. This met that we would have to start the process all over.

I gave my Attorney, the power of Attorney to speak on my behalf as they required but they kept giving him the run around. So he told me to send for the paperwork myself and I did. I filled out the modification paperwork, then they said they needed my businesses Profit and Loss statement for 2009. I gave them the statement and they then said they need a Profit and Loss for the first quarter of 2010.

Before I could give them the 2010 Profit and Loss statment they had their Attorney from Randall S. Miller & Associates write me a letter to say that Ocwen had retained them to commence foreclosure proceedings against my property.

Then I received a letter after that stating that they denied the Modification because they had not received the proper documentation after I sent in the 2010 Profit and Loss Statement for my Business.

I called Ocwen to find out what was going on, because they have sent or told me so many different things.  They answered by saying if I have sent in all the information this will stop the foreclouser.

I don't trust them and have documented when I spoke with their people and their names. But they have sent me so many things concerning foreclouser until I believe that they're trying to set me up to take my house.
