OCWEN Loan Servicing, LLC Violations of Federal law pertaining to fair trade act Orlando Florida

This company is unbelievable and the ethics are non existant at best. I cant even start to explain the last 4 years of complete hell this company has put my family through. We filed bankruptcy through federal court 3 years ago. It was the most horrible event in our lives. thanks to predatory lenders such as OCWEN, we had an adjustable rate arm that rapidly increased alond with associated fees, Lost payments, forbearance agreement that was impossible to keep as stipulated by OCWEN, In the end I thought our problem would end after bankruptcy. This Company has continued to call and bill us. after the bankruptcy. Our attorney has sent letters, My wife has called and I have called so many times it is rediculous. Today was the last straw. I called the Bankruptcy department once again and talked with a Mr. Sachin supervisor. after dealing with a call person for 45 min. He asked if I wanted to settle the account. I reminded them that it was settled in federal bankruptcy court. According to the statement I recieved this month for a debt that was discharged in federal court. fees in association with bankruptcy ect. can you believe it. I will seek the next ave. of response through my attorney.
