We refinanced our House several years ago. Our Mortgage Company has changed hands 3 or 4 times since we first obtained the loan. Everyone that held the Mortgage of our Home, PLAYED THE GAME BY THE SAME RULES. Not Ocwen, they made their own rules, and the rules are nothing like they were with all the other Mortgage Companies that bought our loan.  Ocwen changed them, and they weren't what we signed up for.

Ocwen bought our First Mortgage and our Second Mortgage with the intention of Foreclosing on our loan!  It has been a nightmare since Ocwen bought the note on our house.  They changed our Due Date, and only allows a window of 1 day to pay your payment or they start accessing tons of interest charges and late fee's.  I don't remember ever receiving anything telling us that they changed our due dates, and that they were going to charge a huge Late payment Charge if our loan wasn't paid ON THE FIRST!  

I don't even get my check until the 3rd, so I can never pay the payment on time, and with all the interest and late fee's they charge, it's hard to catch up.  Then my husband got injured at work, and I couldn't find one person I could understand when I called Ocwen.   Has OCWEN changed the terms of your Mortgage after buying it from your previous Lender?

Our loan will be paid off in less than 4 years, and Ocwen keeps raising out house payment almost monthly. If our payment if late one day Ocwen tries to foreclose on our house. We get about 30 pieces of mail each month from them. We also receive documents about every 3 or 4 months that require a Signature, and they are filled with threats, about our payment not being paid on the 1st.... It is considered late if received on the 2nd and you will be charged $10.00 to make an online payment. All of the previous Mortgage Companies that owned our loan required us to make a payment by the 15th of the month. Ocwen requires us to make the payment by the 1st or we access hundreds of dollars in interest and late fee charges.

Ocwen changed the rules and didn't let us know anything about it. ONLY BECAUSE THEY WANT TO FORCE US INTO FORECLOSURE! My husband suffered a serious accident at work and had to have major surgery. He has worked for the same company for almost 35 years and has never taken off a day sick, and has never been injured on the job before. But I contacted Ocwen and they demanded their payment or they would foreclose on the house.

I sent them a letter telling them thaty our payment would  be late because we had to wait for his Workman's Comp to catch up with his date of injury. You can't call them, NO ONE THAT WORKS THERE SPEAKS ENGLISH, or speaks it well enough for you to understand what they are saying. I have never been able to speak to someone I could understand, ever, ever, ever! HOW CAN THEY CHANGE THE RULES OF OUR MORTGAGE AFTER ALL THESE YEARS?

Anyone want to enter into a Class Action Against Ocwen? I do, so if someone gets and attorney, let me know
