I was behind on my mortgage payment due to financial hardship cituation, they were lost in the process, each day that I call they were giving me a complete different story.

I ask them to settle  my due balance and brake it in two payments in order to bring my account current, and they were in denial.

Loana Espina the last loan modification agent keep saying to me, that I should not worry that they have many multiple options in order to modified my loan and they never did.
(this is a false advertising and this is against the law).

They were charging fee's thruout this process, and they never gave me a reasson for a why.

Due to all this miss representation of Ocwen I lost my home last 1/3/2011.

Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC they refused payments on the home mortgage they say that they need $3000.00 to reinstate the loan by 12/13/2017 i asked when the payment changed was told in june 2016 never was notified and june of 2017 never notified they took payments all of 2016 and since 2017 till last month West Palm Beach Florida

OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC They plan to buy insurance for my property with the reason they have no evidence of a current Condominium Association Master Policy on my property,which it is covered by Hoa, they will charge me $464.00 . They sent me a letter on Feb/2015, I faxed and mail to them, I called them 4 days later, they said it takes 5 days to get to their desk that not included the weekend, I called them at least 3 times, same answer.They do not have the knowledge staff or no experience or they want to overcharge the customer , that should be stopped.
