Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC there denying my final payoff. and refusing to giving me requested information. West Palm Beach , Florida

In August I ask Ocwen to send me a final payment quote. They sent it to me on 08/18/11 it was for $16,517.69. So I went to the bank so I went to the local bank to refiance my home on September 1,2011 On September 7, 2011 the bank sent the final payment for 16,517.69 which had to be payed by September 16,2011. It was sent to Carol Streams Ill this is were I was making all my payments ever since I had this mortgage.

I waited two weeks before I called them and ask if they received my payment yet. They said no so I started calling them every other day and asking them if they received it yet and they kept giving me 

the same answer no. So after nineteen days I called the bank annd ask them to issue them another check. So I called Ocwen on September 26, 2011 and told them that the first check was being stopped and that they would be issued another check. So on September 26, 2011 the bank sent them another check for $16,517.69. This one was sent by express mail and they received it in two days. So on September 26,2011 Ocwen deposits the first check that I sent them. I have all the information available if you need to see it. 

What they do next is charge me a return check fee. Then they return the second check back to me tating that the loan was payed. I called Ocwen up and ask why the second check was returned to me they me that the loan was payed. So I called the bank and ask what I should do they told me to hold on to the check because the first one was stopped and they should be notifying me to send the second check back. The only problem is they never notified me. So the next I received is a notice that I am I the rear for $900 plus dollars. So then I called them up and ask what this was all about they said that I had not made a payment.

Then I began to explain to them that I had sent them two checks in September for final payment. I told them that the first was sent on September 7, 2011 and that one was stopped and then I explained to them that another one was issued on September 26,2011. The answer that he gave me was they had no record of it. I stated you should have you sent it back to me. 

So on October 28,2011 I get another final quote by email. So I call them up and ask what this final quote was about and they stated to me that this quote is the one that I requested and I told them I never requested this quote. I explained to them that I thought everything was payed off. So then I tell them what I was going to do I was going to send the second check back to them. So on October 28-2011 I sent them the check back by express mail they received it on October 31, 2011 at 10:31 AM

The next thing you know I received 6 Certifies in the mail stating that if I don,t pay the $900 plus dollars they are going to foreclose on my house. There is more information but I don,t believe there will be enough room. All the information that I am sending you I have paper work. I been in touch with the BBB about this to. If there are people out there that want to file a class action suit I am with them.
