Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC. Omitted my contractual agreement or payment from my billing statement except for the fees that I asked for Validation, and didn't get West Palm Beach, Florida

  I have been dealing with Ocwen for 2 months now, who bought my loan from Litton Loan Servicing a Third party debt collector.   My first statement came in Nov.2011 and it had all these fees that I do not owe.  I wrote and asked for debt validation of these fees and have them returned to me certified mail return receipt.  Now here is where it gets real scary  I get my Dec.2011 statement that is due on Jan 1 2012.  It still has all the fees minus my contractual  payment. But this statement was minus  my contractural statement leaving only the bogaus fees that I asked for validation on.  

How do I get past this means of changing at there whim and remove my contractual payment.    If I send it in    they probably will return it.   Can anyone  help with this    any one experience this type of Fraudulent behavior.  Im willing to make my contractual payment  but when its removed from your statement and all that is left is the fees that I asked to be validated  Under The Fair Dept Collection Practices Act. 

No response and what they want me to pay   I do not owe and the can not prove that I owe it.   So thats my story so Far with Ocwen  if anyone can help with suggestions  I would apprecate it.  Id like to nail those fraudulant dirt bags.  So if anyone else wants to get them  let me know  Im on board. Im a Senior and dDisabled. Live on a fixted income  and have to deal with a Firm like Ocwen...  The Florida Attorney Generals report that you can file on the bottom of it says (and this not verbatum), but  to the affect,  that  fradulant acts towards Seniors Citizens will be punishiable by law........So Senior's  if your out there lets gettem!
