OCWEN LOAN SERVICING LLC Wilshire Collections lied about modification help, try to force foreclosure, and all reps are in INDIA! west palm beach, Florida

First they tell you not to worry and then they string you along until you are in foreclosure. I submitted a modification back in March, WHILE I WAS CURRENT, to prevent a foreclosure from going on my credit report. they stalled me at every turn and then denied the presidential loan based on erroneous numbers on may 25 after calling billions of times. They claim to give you an "inhouse modification" which is crap because the owners of your loan will NOT settle for an APR less than what they deem ok. They will lower the price of your house, just not the interest rate??? I am on my third attempt at a modification. They never call me back unless i email and pester. I  have spoken to the lawyers that are representing them here in MD. Even they agree something is shady. The foreclosure is on an indefinite hold for now, but they are going to deny me again after having no less than 10 people (i have names) tell it would be approved and not to worry. Then the KICKER??? I FIND OUT THEY ARE NOT ON US SOIL!!!!

My solution? I am calling my lawyer friend at the MD Dept of Housing Enforcement Division. I am filing a complaint with FTC and with DOJ. I am also writing to florida's housing admin and their governor. I have been through this with another mortgage company before and will do it again. I will gladly take any questions or help from anyone dealing with the same thing. Good Luck.
