Paypal, Paypal.com, Www.paypal.com Paypal.com reversed payment, lost my business and money! Internet

I sold a travel agency business via ebay.com. The seller paid me via paypal payments of 552.00. This was a brand new business which included a clia number and contacts for all the agencies needed. IT was clearly noted this business is brand new and needs alot of work to get started.

The individual changed all the information with the travel suppliers, I changed the name with the franchise company I purchased the agency for...

1 week later, after all info and passwords were changed, the buyer filed a claim with paypal. Paypal then locked up the funds in my account for approximately 28 days.

Paypal then released the funds back to me for winning the case. Great news right? not so fast. 2 weeks later the buyer filed a claim with his credit card company.

Paypal then locked up my funds again. This time for approximately 68 days. Paypal stated they would fight this on my behalf. Surprisingly enough, I lost the 552.00 because paypal did not feel it was worth a case (even though I won the case against the buyer with them)

I lost the 552.00. I lost the travel agency franchise agreement(franchisor would not reinstate the business back to me without full payment because it was legally changed to the new owner.

I could not get my CLIA number back from clia because the information was changed to the new owner.

Thanks to Ebay, Paypal and Visa, I lost my business and the money invested along with the sale of the business.

The buyer knew what he was doing from the beginning and its just not right.
