On October 23, 2008 I used PayPal to purchase RegCure from ParetoLogic for $29.95. When I received my invoice from SafeCart it was for $39.90. ParetoLogic charged me $9.95 for a second software program (Privacy Controls 2.0) that I neither ordered nor wanted.
I complined to ParetoLogic but they ignored me. I complained to PayPal and they simply refused to do anything.
I filed a complaint with the BBB today and I suggest that all of you do the same. PayPal should not be allowed to do business, they are acting in concert with unscrupulous vendors.
All you have to do is go to www.bbb.org to file a complaint. I did and now I am going to file a complaint with the BBB about ParetoLogic as well.
