Peoplesmart People Smart SCAM - no free trial, reports useless Internet

All I wanted was the street address for a reverse phone number lookup.  I was given the option of selecting "Report Only" for $9.95 or "Report & Free Trial" for $7.95.  I chose report only, entered my payment information and selected Submit Order.  Before submitting the order, it brought me to another pop-up that offered a free trial to something else.  At this point in time, I figured the only way I was going to get this report was to sign up for a free trial (then cancel later).

I signed up for a new account and at the end of the creating the new account, it froze on me.  I restarted my browser and logged in.  Once logged in, I looked at "My Reports" but there were none listed.  So I went to buy another report figuring the first attempt didn't "take".

I ordered the report and it didn't even contain the address as it insinuated it would.  Total waste.
I quickly navigated my way to canceling my free trial - same day.

I noticed on my credit card statement a week later that I had two separate charges $7.95 and $9.95 from them.  I contacted them asking for a refund from my "free trial".

They e-mailed me back to inform me I had signed up for IdentitySmart or something like that and the report cost $9.95.  So apparently the IdentitySmart cost $7.95, on which I had received a cancellation notice the day I canceled.  Customer service has indicated this is non-refundable even though I specifically remember it was a 7 day free trial offer.  Shame on me for not taking a screen shot I guess.  I would have to submit an order for another report to duplicate the screen shot and want to cut my losses at this point.
