PeopleSmart PeopleSmart's "free trial" is a fiction of their imagination Internet

The pitch is that you sign up for a 7 day "free" trial to try out their people search and background check services.  What you find is that you have no more access with a membership than you would if you just ordered their services on a case by case basis. 

In my case, once I saw that I had no access with the "free" trial, which, of course you had to provide credit card information for, I cancelled immediately.  I found out a bit later that I was charged $39.95 for a supposed 'background check' which I did not order - but the "free trial" was free! 

I have filed a dispute with Paypal.  We'll see where that ends up.  Buyer beware!  This is an unscrupulous company out to take your money and provide NO services.  Do not purchase anything from this company!
