Pep Boys Terrible service, no new rims already paid for VISA, very long wait for work not done as asked Syracuse, New York

Ordered new rims for 2005 Toyota Camry on Thurs.; paid w/VISA. Made appt. to have new rims put on summer tires for Mon. 4/1 at 2 pm.

Told Pep Boys staff several times wanted Summer tires on new rims.

Wanted snow tires with Old rims presently on just put in truck as is.

After waiting 3 Hours, Pep Boys had taken the snow tires old rims off, put them on the summer tires -
and did nothing at all with the new rims. Didn't seem to realize there WERE new rims bought & paid for.

Told Pep Boys about the mistake (which they charged $$88.52 for doing the wrong thing, paid by VISA)

Pep Boys said Oh, there's some new rims over there on the floor.  Wanted an even longer wait to put them on not the Summer Tires - but the Snow Tires.

Gigantic Rip Off.  And what were they planning to do with the new rims they suddenly discovered on the floor if no one had said anything? 

Elderly?  A woman?  Beware here.
