Pep Boys ripoff artists lying non-customer caring losers hires incompetent mechanics and help Toms River New Jersey

I took my car in for 4 new tires, the cheapest ones I said. O.K. that'll be about $200.00, fine I said. I bring my car in and after 2hrs. of waiting around they tell me that the lugs are seized. Now I rotated all 4 tires myself 2 weeks prior and tightened those same lugs with a lug wrench by hand.

This incompetent employee could not remove these hand tightened lugs with an impact wrench. So I left and came back the next day, 'cause they have the cheapest tires around and they said they would do it first thing, fine.
They do my tires and the clown behind the counter says he gave me $40.00 off the bill, fine.

When I get home I look more closely at the bill he took the $40.00 off but he somewhere somehow charged me that $40.00 and my bill was the original price of $200.00.Some discount!!

So I lose a days pay 'cause some punk clown that calls himself a mechanic didn't feel like doing my tires the day before.

This place is a joke and they are the RIPOFF KINGS. I will never set foot in that store ever again and I have told about 50 people to follow in my footsteps and I hope all who read this will do the same. Pep Boys, YOU SUCK!!!!!!
