I was sorely disappointed in the producted I recieved from Pink Lace Wigs.
They state that is a high quality human hair. I do no think this is the case. The first order I placed I recieved without any hassle and the wig itself was in good condition. However, after one washing the color faded and hair become unmanagable. I assumed this was a mistake on my part.
I placed another order with them and after two weeks I had not recieved my producted. I called and requested informaion on when I was going to get it and then was told that it was shipped and that I would have to follow up with the post office. I called again and was told that I would have to wait 48 hours for management to respond. I then requested a refund since it had not been a month and I had not recieved my ordered. I explained that I should either get a refund or a new wig. I was told that I would have to wait 48 hours for a response. I called again. Spoke to Tracy and she informed me that they were not responsible for items lost in the mail and that since I did not have insurance that there was nothing that could be done.
I TRIED to explain that I was not given the opporunity to purchase insurance for my order becuase one of the customer service people did not offer insurance when they called to complete my order. I stated that I tried to explain that as Tracy did not allow me to get a word in as she was being very very rude and unreasonable in the thought that I would pay for a product that I had not recieved.
I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. I am leaving it to the credit card to resolve this issue.
Unfortunately during this time a family member of mine had also ordered a couple of wigs with Pink Lace Wigs. One of the wigs she received was the wrong color and the other had tracks coming undone. Their response was that it was the color she ordered and that there was nothing wrong with the tracks as that is how the wig cap is constructed. If you want something that looks like a 10 year old put it together then you will be very happy with your order from Pink Lace Wigs.
Do Not Don Not buy anything from this company you will be disappointed.
