I placed a custom order with Pink Lace Wigs on June 16, 2011 in the amount of $489.99 it is now October 9th and i have not received anything! Iam discussed with this company. When placing a custom order it clearly states on their website that you should receive it within 5-6 weeks Which is a complete lie. All they want is your hard working money. They do not care for any of the customers, they are very unprofessional and rude!
After trying to contact them nemerous times through phone, email and their live chat that they have on their website. Ive been hunged up on twice. Wasted my time leaving voicemails cause they will not respond to any of them and when i do get ahold of someone all i get is the run around. Seriously, this company shouldnt even be in business!
I contacted the BBB and was even told by them that they have numerous complaints with PLW'S. Its no wonder Pink Lace Wigs is not a member of the Better Business Bureau.
