Pink Lace Wigs RIP OFF AND WIGLESS AND NOW BROKE silver springs , Maryland

UNHAPPY and UNSATISFIED customer, I bought my full lace unit from PINK LACE WIGS after months of research and viewing their website I purchased a custom made order wig, Recieved it one month after the order date 4/20/2011 I opened it after seeing it in a regular size box, and a plastic casing that is used for hair weaves and ponytails, upon opening this package I found nothing of what I ordered, I wanted Medium Dark brown Hair and Indian Remy and got and got red hair that is surely SYNTHETIC and even looks and feels and smells FAKE!! This would make beyonce VERY SAD to even lay eyes on this disgrace. No one in their right mind would wear this and think they look good, and further more I could of saved the $407.99 i used to buy this and went to B&B beauty to get a imitation lace wig for $49.99 cause thats how much this unit looks like it cost and it looks even cheaper than the stuff in an average supply store. I have called an recieved no help from any staff memebers and always get responses from TRACY who says nothing but repeating what I told her. I had to send photos of what I disliked about the unit and recieved only an email stating they have recieved the email and will get back to me , which they did NOT!! I have given ample time for them to rectify the situation I want a refund ASAP. This product looks ridiculous and to rip people off their hard earn money is pathetic and unethical DO NOT DO NOT purchase anything from PINK LACE WIGS not even a comb. They have no respect for the consumer, and think they are getting away with murder, I hope a Class action suit is in the works cause this here ain't right. I also sent a complaint to the BBB in their town..
