i made a purchase from pinklacewigs.com on saturday, february 19, 2011 totaling $1158.99. I paid for rush processing which was supposed to take 3-4 weeks. This is now the 6th week and I still haven't got any answers.
I continue to call and get either someone by the name of Amber or Charlotte who don't have any answers. I asked to speak to a manager but no one can get one. My sister and I called on the 21st to check the status of the order Charlotte told us that it was in processing and that a tracking number would be issued by that Tuesday, then issued a ticket for the call requesting someone get back to us.
When we checked on Tuesday not only was there no tracking number but there was also no reply to the ticket she had issued from our discussion. Each and every time I call I get the same response.. "it is in processing". Other than that there is nothing else they can say. So now I have 4 tickets out there with no response to any of them.
Today I called to check the status because.. once again this is the 6th week and she says the same exact thing.. It is in processing. That it takes 3-4 weeks to make and then a week in quality control. So, that means it should be in quality control.. is there someone I can speak to there? Of course not.
This whole experience has not been a good one!! Not at all!! I am about ready to drive there for answers and my units.. oh yea.. did I tell you the best part.. if I cancel the order because of their mistake it is going to cost me a 50% restocking fee!! Restocking fee?? it isn't even there yet?
So ladies.. if you want an excellent product worth every penny you spend don't bother ordering from here. Instead go to justforme.com. That is where I should have gone in the first place!! Instead, I thought I was getting something special and ended up just getting pissed!!

I just placed 2 custom orders from this company and all of these reports I am reading about them have me worried. But I have covered my tracks to make sure I don't get taken for a ride. I called my bank and informed them of what I discovered about Pinklacewigs.com and they assurred me that they would protect me from any fraud the company might try to commit against me.
But for those of you who are still having problems. I suggest you stop calling the Customer Service number, because those two girl that are working the phones(tracie and amber) they don't know what they are doing. The are uneducated about lace wigs and are useless. Try calling the Main store. I don't know if I am allowed to post numbers on this site so I will just tell you where to find the direct number to the store.
When you visit the pinklacewigs.com website click on "Contact Us" you will see a short paragraph containing the number to there store. It is highlighted in blue. I heard if you call the store you can speak to a manager who will be much more helpful. If I run into any trouble thats who I will be calling and if they can't help the next call will be to my bank's claim department.
