I ordered my wig on 1/7/2010 paying extra for 2-3 week processing. That time passed without my wig arriving or anyone at pink lace wigs knowing where in the process my wig was. After many called they agreed to credit back the rush fee and told be the wig should be finished by 2/3/2010. As of today 2/09/2010 no wig. No one can seem to figure out where my wig is or when I should get it. Now i am told I need to wait until it has been 6 weeks before I should be upset. Too late I am already upset. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there are no manager there. I let them know that I expect a call back by the end of business today or I will start filling complaints with the Attorney Generals office in MD and the BBB. The next step will be to file a dispute with my credit card company. The girl on the phone told me I could not do any of those things until it had been 6 weeks........want to bet!

I did finally get mine after many calls

I got my wig after about 9 weeks. It was beautiful and I enjoyed every minute I wore it. I will say that I also purchased a much less expensive wig off of ebay and I actually preffered that one. After weeks it did not tangle nearly as bad as my $600.00.

Hi, I was wondering if you girls ever did get your wigs. I am going through exactly the same thing at the moment. I was also told there was a fire last week, and my wig may have been destroyed. I ordered my wig almost 5 weeks ago, and paid extra to have it rushed as I am leaving for Ireland next week, and I wanted it before I left. So far I have been given the complete run-a-round on the phone. They have put in 5 tickets, none of which have been replied to, they have given me the managers phone number as of today, and I keep getting her voicemail. I am told production are not available, and a manager is not available, and they have no way of telling me the status of my order or giving me a refund. I need to speak to a manager to get any answers, but a manager is never available. What company has more than one fire in a year?

Anastasia, Just wondering if you have recieved your wig? I am experiencing the same scenerio of the production plant fire, but I still have not recieved my wig. Have you?

I am wondering if you ended up receiving your wig?I ordered from there three weeks ago and they told me there was a fire in their production warehouse but oddly enough when I spoke to another employee they had no idea of any fire.They said my wig would be delayed another seven buisness days but have no idea when the new production of my order was started.Have you gone forth with legal plans as I would like to aswell if I don't receive my wig or refund soon.They also said they would credit 10% off my order for my inconvience which is only $40 for the rush fee and an extra twenty for the inconvience.Did you end up receiving your credit aswell?
