Pink Lace WIgs PLW Took my money and never recieved my purchase Silver Spring, Maryland

I purchased a synthetic lace wig from Pink Lace Wigs on 11/18/11. Since then i have recieved NOTHING. I figured since i ordered it a little before the thansgiving holiday, it may take longer for it to be shipped and recieved but it is now 12/2/11 and still NOTHING.

I constantly checked their website and USPS.com to see when my item would be delivered but after a week there was still no information. I then called the number provided and the first time i spoke to a woman, (who was not friendly btw) , who basically spoke in circles and told me it was at the post office and she would have to call in order for them to send it that following monday, the 26th.

The 26th came and passed and i didnt recieve anything, nor did any information show up online. I tried calling again but it said they were closed for business even though it was during their proclaimed regular business hours. I called for 3 days in a row with the same result.

I then emailed them as a last resort. No reply to that either. I am frustrated. I am a college student, so i don't have money like that to just throw away. I thought i was getting a good deal from a trustworthy site but obviously all they care about is taking people's money and giving nothing in return.

For anyone thinking of ordering from this company, take my advice. DO NOT ORDER FROM PINK LACE WIGS. And make sure you do all your research before ordering anything online. You work too hard for your money.
