RockAuto Watch out on the expected delivary date/ No customer service  Internet

I purchased from this compnay and now won't get my part as it suggested on time. I paid the extra 10 bucks to get it here for Thursday. Scam company...can't even use your own Fed Ex account as this is the only way you can upgrade the shipping if you want the part sooner. They won't do it....no customer service. They don't give you the option to use your own account so they must make money on the shipping.

I was in customer service as a company called WearGuard. They would upgrade shipping for customers many times at no extra expense to the customer. check out this link with all the happy customers...   (((link redacted))) Wish I had seen this before I ordered.
