Seems I have the same problem everyone else does with these people.  I order certain parts, they sent me something different, refunded the part amount, refused to refund shipping.  Plus I had to pay to ship it back to get my refund.

When I called customer service they told me I had ordered the wrong parts and it was my fault.  I am very anal about ordering things on line and am POSITIVE I did NOT order what they sent me.  Not to mention one of my best friends is a mechanic and sat right next to me while I ordered everything.

I'm guessing this is all just a ploy to make an extra buck.  I am completely disgusted at their tactics and have no idea why they are even still in business!

Next stop, REPORT THEM TO THE BBB!!

Rockauto.com Be careful buying motor mounts here. I bought one and installed it at a DIY shop near me, which cost me about $250 and the part is such trash that now I have to go to the Chrysler dealer and have another installed. Terrible service. I emailed them and explained the damages and they wrote back, I dont think you are grasping what we are trying to explain. No one is going to be calling you.
