Saxon Mortgage Services, Denies payments, denies credit of payments, charges fees for payments they claim are paid late, double charged my acct unauthorized Fort Worth, Texas

Saxon claimed to have not received the last payment from Novastar mortgage. Novastar mortgage not only received my last payment but, made arrangements to change the payment date on my loan to a different due date so future payments wouldn't conflict with the arrival of my disability check Each month after that they claimed I was behind a payment.

During January a man called from Saxon to allow me the opportunity to "caught up" on that payment behind by doing a "REPAYMENT AGREEMENT-2000336840". Then is a breakdown of the payments dates, current balances, and uncollected charges,unapplied balances, total plan amount, and a place for my return signature.

Page #3 of this agreement states; We are pleased to be able to help you, (Sorry, I can not stop laughing).I was informed 03/26/08 my plan was terminated 03/03/08 and the is no record of a repayment plan.

I need an attorney, now! Please help!
