Saxon Mortgage Services Got late on payments, wouldnt work with us to get caught up, Interest rates are now thru the ceiling,had to declare bankrupcy to keep home and the still contacted us to tell us our house was being forclosed again, they had hemselves removed from the bankrupcy Ft Worth Texas

We got behind in our payments, they would not work with us to save our house from forclosure and get caught up. We had to declare bankrupcy to save our house about18 months ago. T and were forecosing on us again unless we could work out payment which the girl on the phone said you probably cant afford them anyway.They called us about 6 weeks ago to let us know they had themselves taken off of the bankrupcy and were foreclosing on us again, but we could fill out another budget sheet and see if we could make payments, which she informed me we couldnt afford anyway, so what is up with that? They should not contact us anyway, we are in bankrupcy. She told me the were calling because "They could". All kind fees added when we got delinquent, we will probably never be able to pay this off. People if you plan to do business with them, Run the other way.
