sears home warranty cross country missleading Fort Laurderdale Florida

I signup with sears home warranty program back in April of this year 2017. I was calling sears for a repair job on my washer machine the lady informed me if I signed up at that time they would repair my washing machine which I did signup and they did repair my washing machine. several weeks later I had a water line to burst under my house I filed a claim on it and on my A/C, they sent someone out to diagnose the problems, Several weeks went by no repairs wash made I had to turn my main supply line off that lead to my house, and back on to have use of water on and off for going on two months.

I could not continue the water running unter my house, my water bill in that period of time went from 15 dollars a month to 55 dollars amount. I hired a plumber to fix my water line. after a month and a half of me calling every other day I recieved a phone call from #908-289-3997 asking me details about my problem with my A/C, I told him when I turn it on this season it worked for a while and then it would freeze up, he told me he would call me back and when the did he said they was denying the claim for preexisting condtions I told him it was working when I turned it on, he said they were denying the claom again.
