SeekVerify Seek Verify Scam, Ripoff, Bad Lying Unprofessional company Internet

First of all we’d like to apologize for your negative experience with SeekVerify and we’d like to give some explanations and a solution for this.

We were able to locate your membership on our database (we won’t mention any specific details here as we take our customers privacy seriously). Our records indicate that you joined SeekVerify.com on 8th Aug 2017 for a 1-day trial at $1. Upon enrollment to our site, you were sent a welcome email that includes your membership details.

As clearly mentioned on the terms and conditions upon sign up, the membership is renewed automatically after trial period at $39.95 every 30 days until cancelled (see screenshot attached). Our records indicate that you only cancelled your membership on 10^th August after the trial was over already, once your subscription had already renewed into monthly membership.

As a courtesy, we have issued a refund of the monthly transaction in order to apologize for your negative experience. It will take a couple of days for the money to appear on your account (average of 5-10 business days, depending on your bank, credit card issuer and the country you are located in).

SeekVerify is a website that offers and instant background service search for people, phone numbers, e-mails and properties. We provide information on several fields (criminal and police records, financial records, public directories, etc), but we are limited to the data that is provided to us by our 3rd party data providers. They aggregate their data based on digitized public records on the county/state and federal level. Each time a customer runs a report on an individual, it costs us money to query the data providers.
